Request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you or your child at any time. To make a request, email support@thinkcamp.co.za from the address associated with your booking or enquiry, with the subject line "Data deletion".
What we delete
On a valid request we delete the contact, enquiry and booking-related information we hold, and remove your details from our marketing and advertising audiences (including identifiers shared with platforms such as Meta). We may retain the minimum information required to meet legal, accounting or safety obligations, after which it is deleted.
Timeframe
We confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we will let you know.
