AI-powered Game Development & Asset Creation with Claude Code
The camp
GameBuilder is Think Camp’s flagship camp. It takes students to the bleeding edge of agentic software design in a manner that is both fun and empowering. We guide campers through a creative process that unlocks their wildest and most original game development ideas - noting these down as they uncover them.
We then spend time hand-crafting our game assets - our levels, characters, and the look and feel of our games. Finally, we learn how to best interact with Claude Code - one of the most advanced AI models available - to bring our ideas to life. Campers leave with a copy of their game and a new perspective on what is possible.
By 3:30pm, we will have…
Good to know
Every camp includes A printed certificate, games & activities, a parent showcase, flexible drop-off, like-minded friends, and a 1:12 instructor-to-camper ratio.
Before you book
Does my child need any experience?
None at all. Total beginners and seasoned builders both thrive. An instructor meets every camper exactly where they are.
Do they need their own laptop?
No. We provide everything, from the laptops to the software and all the gear. They just bring themselves.
What should they bring?
Just lunch, snacks and a water bottle. We handle the rest, and there are breaks built into the day.
How big are the groups?
Small and personal. We cap it at a 1:12 instructor-to-camper ratio so no one gets left behind.
Can I come to the showcase?
Please do! The last half-hour is a parent showcase where campers demo what they built that day.
Do they need any coding experience?
None at all. We start from the basics, and with Claude Code helping, campers get a real game working without getting stuck on syntax.
