Terms of Service

Effective June 2026 · Think Camp, Cape Town, South Africa

Agreement

These terms govern your use of thinkcamp.co.za and the booking of any Think Camp programme. By using the site or booking a camp, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian. Questions: support@thinkcamp.co.za.

What we offer

Think Camp ("we", "us") runs technology holiday camps and related programmes for children in South Africa. Camp dates, ages, locations, inclusions and prices are described on the relevant camp page and may change before booking.

Bookings, tickets and payment

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are presented at checkout and form part of your booking. We may reschedule, relocate or cancel a camp — for example due to insufficient enrolment, safety, weather or circumstances beyond our control — in which case we will offer a transfer to another date or a refund or credit of amounts paid for that camp.

Your responsibilities

Safety and conduct

The wellbeing of every camper is our priority. We may decline, pause or end a camper's participation where this is necessary for the safety or wellbeing of that child, other children or our team. Our supervision applies during stated camp hours and within the camp venue.

Photography and media

Photos and video are sometimes captured at our camps and may be used in our marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt your child out at any time by emailing support@thinkcamp.co.za.

Intellectual property

Our name, logo, website, curriculum and materials belong to Think Camp and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Projects your child creates at camp belong to your child.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties for ticketing, payments, email and analytics, and the site may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of their services.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and our programmes are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always live at this address.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. For any question about them, contact support@thinkcamp.co.za.

New camp dates

Hear about new camp dates first

We email Cape Town and Joburg parents when new camps open, usually before the seats go public. Places are limited and dates fill.
